I didn't mind that this was a small property because I thought the trade off was the location, the scenery, and the hot tub. The pictures are a little misleading because it looks like the hot tub has a creek view. The hot tub was cloudy with a line of scum around the top and smelled bad. When I called they came out and shocked it with chlorine, but it was still cloudy and scummy. The bed was really uncomfortable and had only two thin pillows. There were a few things that we wanted make suggestions about. The blind that covers the front glass front door is see through! We had to hang an towel over that blind. Also, there were no knives, only forks & spoons. It would be nice to have more outlets and more accessible. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the little room was cozy. The position of the TV on the wall was not very easy to watch from bed. Maybe put it on the wall in front of the bed. Also, there were no instructions for how to work the TV, there was one sentence that started to explain, but that was it...very strange.
