The lady who answered the phone was nice but told me that my 2 emails they sent showed they were not opened. I checked my spam emails, nothing. At 6 am we were awakening by trash trucks picking up trash. Which went on for about 30 minutes. Finally just got up and left. For all the fees added, the location is not worth it. This property is in a great location above a store on Main St. We stayed in Suite 1 which overlooks Main St. Since everything in Fredericksburg closes fairly early, noise is not an issue for those concerned about it. The room had a Keurig coffeemaker, kcups, microwave and a small refrigerator, but you need to bring your own cream and sweetener. The stairs to get to the suites are quite steep so this property is not for anyone that cannot climb a staircase or carry their luggage up stairs.
