Nestled in the stunning Texas Hill Country, this renovated ranch house offers serenity just a brief five-minute drive from historic downtown. Discover unique shops, wine-tasting rooms, and exquisite cuisine. The expansive open floor plan of this beautiful ranch house provides an ideal setting for groups of friends or family to unwind. Cap off your day of exploring Fredericksburg's charm with a soothing soak in the hot tub, adding the perfect touch to your getaway. The Space: Each of the three bedrooms has king-size beds with luxuriously comfortable bedding to ensure a rejuvenating night's sleep, and each has its own TV. The bathrooms both have spacious walk-in showers with beautiful decorative tile. Soothing mint green cabinetry with black accents and a butcher block countertop adorns the farmhouse-style kitchen. While Fredericksburg offers fantastic cuisine, the kitchen is well-equipped to make a delicious meal if you prefer to dine in during your stay. The outdoor area is terrific for relaxing after a day on the town; open a bottle of Texas Wine, soak in the hot tub or take in the night sky gathered around the fire pit. This property's unique benefit is its peaceful hill country location, but please note that Wi-Fi may be spotty. However, guests can still enjoy the Dish Network premium package for a great TV viewing experience. Coco Casita is located on the same property. Book both homes to accommodate a group of up to eight guests. Hermes Ranch House sleeps six, and Coco Casita sleeps 2. \*Please note this unit does share a driveway with Coco Casita. Shabby Chic Farm House Collective. Although the ambience was impressive a few things to note. The house was stale with closed up feel maybe some frequent openings, disinfectant, or air freshener could help. Also the spa - sauna was dirty and could help. We had some trouble getting the door code to get in the house due to the spotty internet/wifi connection, but I called for help and it was resolved quickly. Rented property only to find large third party FOR SALE sign in the front yard at arrival. Cozi fraudulently failed to disclose prop was for sale. Our group did not want to be disturbed nor provide approval for prop to be shown during stay. Two alternate, awful and lower cost properties offered as "comparables" by Cozi. Neither were comps and only when challenged did Cozi offer to refund the difference in cost if we accepted. Our group requested immediate cancellation and refund in accordance with the rental agreement. Cozi conveyed their incorrect and slanted interpretation of the agreement and refused to refund. ##### T L.
