In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies. \- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance \- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time: 1st Offense will result in a $250 fine. 2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine. If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
