I was told swimming pool was open, when I made the reservation. It was not and my grandchildren were disappointed. Parking was hard to find. Bath tub did not drain, very inconvenient.

The hotel was undergoing renovations and this was not disclosed prior to arrival. My room was already renovated but there was no refrigerator as advertised. Parking was limited due to construction trailers

Easy access off of I-95. Ample parking. Staff were terrific- friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable, but the facility interior is showing its age. Not surprisingly, it is in the process of being renovated. The fitness room and pool were not accessible because of rehab work, and there was construction noise in the breakfast area in the morning. There are at least 3 good restaurants a short distance away. We had delicious takeout from an Afghani restaurant- Kabul Restaurant and Cafe - and ate it in the breakfast area. Very satisfied with our experience.

This property is a mess. Needs a major overhaul. The fitness Ctr and pool are closed. Sent us over to Country Inn and Suites to use their facilities. They were a mess. The bed is not at all comfortable. Room is antiquated. One bar of soap in bathroom?? Carpet dirty. Sofa /loveseat filthy. Honestly can’t believe that Hilton would be associated with this mess. Front desk agent stands at front door and smokes and guests must enter/exit thru get smoke! Very disappointed! Hampton Inns used to be associated with quality experience, but not at this one. Go anywhere, but not here!

When we were checking in I asked the hours for fitness center and pool and was told those areas closed for renovation. These are two items my family uses and needs and are 2 reasons why I specifically booked this hotel. I understand things need to be renovated however, this was not communicated anywhere at anytime on website or in email confirmation communications. Very poor customer service and such a simple fix. Just communicate. We will go elsewhere next time.

Not very happy with the front desk clerk. I had called at noon to see about getting our room early. I was told they would call me back as soon as the room was finished. 8pm still no call. When I mentioned that to the desk girl she couldn’t have cared any less. Not very professional if you ask me. Will not go there again

They were in the middle of up grade to their hotel. I think once it's done, it will look a lot better 😀. The staff was great 👍. Our room was a mess, but we got another room with on seconds of reporting it. I would stay here again.

Hotel looks worn out. The box spring of the mattress was blown out at the sides and there was somebody elses hair cover bag thing left between the night stand and the bed. The pool was disgusting, pumps weren't running and the stagnant water had hair and junk floating on the surface. Both the pool and the hottub had a sort of filth ground into the surfaces such that you could see where more recent repairs had been done because those were the bright clean areas. The hottub wasn't very warm and when the jets turned on... well they just kinda bubbled up at the edge since the plastic things that direct the waterjets were missing. Also there was a commercial dehumidifier running 20 feet away.. that was plugged into an extension cord that ran across the (wet) pool deck. Overall it wasn't terrible, aside from the pool area, it just wasn't very good either.
