Coffee and teas are left for you. AMENITIES - WiFi, large smart TV with cable, hot tub, fire pit, front and back porch with outdoor seating, washer & dryer CHILDREN - YES WIFI - YES SMOKING - OUTSIDE ONLY PETS - YES (limit 2, must be crated in owner's absence) Up to two dogs are allowed but there is an additional nightly pet fee of $27/dog/night (before tax). Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation. Air conditioner worked great. Communication with management company was fair. Was granted an hour early check in but couldn’t access the front door code. When I called to ask about it, I was told we were early, and I had to explain that I received the ok for early check in. The answer I received was that it was close to the check in time so they would go ahead and give me access. Thought that could have been handled better on their in. The decor was nice just a few recommendations for future guest stays! The master rainfall shower needs attention, all the spouts were not working so water is patchy. The bedroom doors have a curtain covering door glass vs full door so if you are looking for more privacy wouldn't recommend. Beauitiful doors though. The hot tub wasn't heating properly either.
