There is a fully equipped kitchen for a short or long term stay with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee pot. The basement apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room. The master bedroom has a king bed while the second bedroom has a queen bed. A few comments: This is a basement with a seperate entrance, with the owners upstairs, so sounds of people and plumbing definitely carry from upstairs to down. The overhead lighting is a bit harsh, dimmer switches or lamps would mitigate this. There is no way to control the temperature of the unit, nor were there any extra blankets (which were mentioned in the guest book) - one night was so cold I slept in my coat. Overall, this is a good VRBO short-stay option in a residential development, with a pocket park/playground next door. Everything is new and clean. We did not see our hosts during our Saturday-Monday stay. Would recommend and stay again if our usual accommodation in the area is not available! ##### Allison A. We were able to briefly meet Susan and she was welcoming and friendly. It was a bit odd that there was no temperature controls in the unit, but the host responded very quickly to our request. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood, but not far to all of the amenities we needed.
