It was the perfect size for my wife and I. We appreciated that it was an easy walk to downtown. The only drawback was the first night we were awakened by what sounded like something trying to get in the house. It turns out that in the corner of the house, directly under the back bedroom window, critters have dug an entrance to get under the house. As they move under the siding it makes a disconcerting noise. We moved to the front bedroom and didn't notice the noise again. We also noticed that critters have a similar tunnel under the front left corner of the house. The home is adjacent to the stream, with a beautiful outdoor sitting area, so it is no surprise that critters are looking for nearby shelter. ##### Laura M.
