Even wanted me a 74 year old or my husband an 85 year old who is on oxygen and doesn’t see very well to get up on a chair to take a smoke detector down because it was chirping and she didn’t want to send anyone to do it. There were other multiple issues but it became clear she wasn’t going to take care of them. Finally just put up with everything because didn’t want to talk to her. Natalie was the worse and rudest host I have ever encountered. Host did apologize and offered to have cleaning crew come clean but wife and mother in law had already taken care of. Host did credit back half cleaning fee.
