Family did walk into a dirty home, previous tenants left their trash on back porch. One room had bedding off and left on top. As if they just left. A lot of dusty windows and cobwebs about. A/C works okay but in dire need of filter change and cleaning. Very very filthy. Faucets are in need of maintenance and drains cleaned. Host did apologize and offered to have cleaning crew come clean but wife and mother in law had already taken care of. Host did credit back half cleaning fee. Unclean and lack of maintenance seems to be the norm. A motel/hotel may be better but you do not get the semi privacy. ##### Keith F.
