The Space: The studio layout is perfect for a romantic getaway. A dreamy king-size bed with luxury linen provides a restful night's sleep so that you will be ready for a day on the town. You will find a spacious walk-in shower in the bathroom with a rainfall showerhead and beautifully tiled walls and floor. A convenient coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge is perfect for storing and heating leftovers brought home for a midnight snack. As gorgeous and cozy as the inside is, your favorite spot may be the fenced courtyard with a hot tub; imagine the perfect evening of stargazing while sipping a glass of wine around the fire pit. This property's unique benefit is its peaceful hill country location, but please note that Wi-Fi may be spotty. However, guests can still enjoy the Dish Network premium package for a great TV viewing experience. Hermes Ranch House, a three-bedroom/two-bath house, sits right next door and will accommodate up to six guests, rent both for a group of up to eight. \*Please note this unit does share a driveway with Hermes Ranch House which is located on the same property. \-Wood for firepit is not provided. The location is great! Very close to town, but with a view: the hills, the cows across the road, the deer in the back, and the sunset. Plenty of room for the two of us, fridge stays VERY COLD(unlike those hotel mini fridges), very cozy, love all the decor, cute and rustic. Previous review mentions you are close to a highway road, but there is a fan provided, and we use white noise anyways, so it was perfect and couldn't hear anything. All nights were fairly cold, but one night was warmer, and although the AC says and stays at 70, it felt warmer, but the provided fan helped distribute the cool air throughout the room. Unsanitary hot tub I spoke with someone last night and the conversation is as follows: Hi again. We still don't have satellite or streaming television. The freezer portion of the fridge does not work, I had to go to town for efficient internet service to work, as we are 5 hrs from home, and the hot tub water is brown and appears unsanitary. Not to mention all the water we found in the floor that seeped in from the outside door.We found some pleasantries to this little casita, however, there have been some very large inconveniences for the price point. We would like to request some of the costs credited back to our credit card due to these troubles. Please advise, & thank you.The reply: Hi Mrs. Nolen,Thank you for your message, and I want to sincerely apologize again for the issues you experienced during your stay.We were already aware of the Wi-Fi issue and truly regret the inconvenience it caused, especially considering you were working remotely. Regarding the freezer, I'm very sorry. this was not previously reported, so we were unaware. Had we known, we would have promptly sent someone out to repair it for you during your stay.Due to the multiple inconveniences you've faced, I've gone ahead and submitted a refund request to our team. Nov 6, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy #### Great Getaway! We enjoyed our time at the Coco Casita. Hot tub worked great and we had enough space for our needs. Bed was very comfortable and the neighbors were quiet (as were we). A few things to keep in mind: 1\. You're right off of Highway 16 with a speed limit of 70 MPH. If you're a light sleeper, bring a sound machine because the cars driving by at night are louder than expected. 2\. We tried communicating with the host asking for troubleshooting help with the remote to the AC and they kept suggesting we unplug the TV to reset the remote. Which we obviously weren't asking about the TV remote. The AC never came down and just blew air. Luckily it cooled down a bit at night. We found a box fan in the closet the second night and slept much better. 3\. There isn't a kitchen sink, just a bathroom sink. So, if you're planning to bring food or anything just note you'll be dumping liquids down the bathroom sink drain. All that said, we still enjoyed our stay. ##### Macy J.
