We love the ability to walk everywhere from the house. It is also one of the few "sexy" places to stay in Fredericksburg in my opinion. This place is a must stay! You can tell an artist designed and decorated it. Sarah was the most gracious host and provided fresh flowers and wine upon our arrival- definitely first class all the way! The back deck overlooks Barton creek and a great place to wake up with coffee or unwind with wine I. The evening while watching the deer trot down to the creek. You are walking doaatance to main and all the restaurants, shops and museums. I also encourage you to make reservations at William Chris Wines and Lost Draw for the wine and food pairings.
