If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued. ​​​​​Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Had just about everything you need to make it a comfy stay. The beds/couches were extremely comfy, soft, and clean, and the bathrooms were also very clean and well stocked. We had a small pet and he enjoyed the yard and quietness of the house. The location is walkable to Main street, but the touristy area is a very long walk so it was much easier to drive there. The neighbors were slightly noisy, but not enough to be an issue and you can't hear them inside the house at all. Also, the back neighbor (not the noisy one) flies a good-sized confederate flag. It's mostly obscured by trees and a good distance away. Check In and Check Out were hassle free, which is always appreciated. ##### Robert Z. Beds were comfy with nice sheets. We had an issue with the TV and the property manager came out in the cold and dark and fixed it for us. She even built us a fire while she was there. Two full bedrooms and bathrooms was very nice to have. Process was easy start to finish. We weren’t there much but it has enough space to really enjoy with friends/family if you wanted a longer stay. It is located off Main Street and several blocks away from downtown. So you’ll need to drive and park when shopping. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Outside is very picturesque and has several different sitting areas. We were comfortable and the property decor was outstanding. Our rooms were comfortable & the accommodations were fantastic. We’d like to give a little constructive criticism which would’ve made our stay 100%: 1\. The coffee maker was broken and the initial pot took around 2.5 hours to brew. We found 2 more coffee makers in the cabinets and only one of them worked (and it was the small 4 cup one that worked, unfortunately). 2\. The toilets were incredibly low and small!!
