The neighborhood was super quiet, very walkable, and just minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. The house itself was in great shape, appearing recently remodeled, and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Francisco was very responsive regarding a couple of small issues that popped up and we would recommend his home for any stay in Fredericksburg. ##### Peter R. Great location to all our activities. Space was great for all four of us. Separation between bedrooms giving privacy. Backyard setup great for hanging out as a family either in hot tub or game of darts. Cozy front porch enjoy beverages/coffee in morning when nice and cool out. Teens loved that uno cards were available. WiFi went out and Francisco was communicative and helped us get it back online. Didn’t affect our stay at all as most of the time we were out and about.
