Surprise engagement was a hit!

My family and I were in town to surprise my daughter as she was getting engaged. It was a magical weekend, and the house was just perfect! Even though the weather wasn’t great, we enjoyed the beautiful backyard. The house was so well appointed with everything you could ever need-kitchen was stocked and bathrooms had it all. The beds are very comfortable and the house was close to everything. We loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Skylark! The house was clean and stocked with basic essentials. The backyard was very nice, but bug spray and citronella armbands couldn't deter the mosquitoes. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Home

House was super clean and looked just like the photos. It is a block off Main, but not within walking distance to shops & restaurants. You still have to drive to get where the action is. But really cute house, well maintained, great backyard, quiet neighborhood, easy check in process. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

My two sisters and I stayed at this property for the weekend. We had a great time and the house was perfect. We each had our own room but the backyard is the highlight, it is cozy relaxing and spacious. We would stay there again if it is available.

The backyard was perfect to relax after a long drive. We had a nice fire and played a game of corn hole. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend staying here and I will definitely see if it is available for our next trip to FBG.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Skylark! We were here for a family reunion and it was close to all our other families. The house had everything you would ever need for a comfortable stay. It had a big backyard that was private with plenty of room for the kids to play. The living room was perfect for family get togethers. Nice property. As described online. Lots of extras provided (soap/shampoo etc). My daughter forgot her toothbrush but we found an extra in the cabinet. Close to Main Street shopping. Hosts were very responsive when any questions arose. Did not get to use outdoor area for games as was a very windy weekend. Would definitely here stay again.

Texas Wine Country getaway!

We are from Cypress, TX and have been to Fredericksburg many times. This time we brought friends from out of town and this home was perfect for the 6 of us. The rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. Also, we had LOTS of dishes and cookware as well as coffee. The outdoor area was so nice too! We will definitely stay here next time we have guests to bring to the Hill Country! Texas Forever! ❤️💙❤️
