I had called about a "K-cup" coffee pot to which I was told to bring my own. There IS a combo nice coffee pot in rental. NEGATIVE: The front sidewalk for entry needs to be addressed. It is terribly oneven. An "accident" waiting to happen. No handrails. There is also no grab bars in showers. Flooring in showers very slippery. We bought mats to lay down. Back patio is as describbed. Nice and we enjoyed while a bit of rain was coming down. Nice to BBQ there. Property is listed as pet friendly. We had 2 small non shedding dogs. BUT we ended up cleaning for an hour with "roller tape" before sitting on furniture, which is why I gave it a "3" for cleaniliness, BUT everything else was fine! Hot tub is awesome but we could only put our feet in occassionally. Just too hot to enjoy! Summer in Texas! Property manger/Owner: When it rained, the gutter poured right at the edge of back patio.
