If drained, a hot tub cleaning fee will be imposed ($75). Pets allowed for $35/pet fee. Max 40 lbs per pet. Observe The City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours of 10 PM to 7 AM. Park all vehicles in the corresponding parking places. Place all trash in the trash containers or dumpster. There is a maximum of 6 overnight guests in house. The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting should be turned off when no one is present to use the lights. If Gillespie County has a burn ban issued during your stay, use of the fire pit will not be allowed. Every guest is required to comply with the City rules and regulations and are subject to fines for non-compliance. He provided not only details for the property, but also for the surrounding area.The house was charming, - beautiful colors and furniture well matched to the space. Plenty of comfortable spaces for 4 adults. Backyard was private with relaxing spaces. We loved the firepit - perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after a day of exploring. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed well appointed. The location of the home is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet. There is an ordinance that we were not use to that says no outside lights after 10 pm. The yard and outdoor furniture needs some care. It had clearly not been mowed for weeks. The outdoor furniture needs a good rinsing . You do not have access to the washer and dryer which was odd for us. You’ll want to pack accordingly. This spot proved to be just what we needed. Hosts were extremely responsive and available as much or little as needed. The home had anything we could need with plenty of towels, pillows, etc., and comfy beds!! The property was perfect for our girl to roam and sniff and feel at home while getting a little change of scenery! It was by far the most relaxed she has ever been on vacation!We were able to leave our vehicle parked for the duration of our visit as there is sooo much to do within walking distance. This made planning (or not planning) for the day very convenient.Top notch vist and top notch experience!! Definitely made our list of repeatable weekend getaways! Thanks Blake! ##### Dan C.
