Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies. \- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance \- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time: 1st Offense will result in a $250 fine. 2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine. If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued. The king-size beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was hands-down the best equipped of any VRBO I’ve stayed in. From high-end appliances (including a wine cooler) to every gadget, utensil, pot, and pan imaginable, it had everything you could need to cook a true gourmet meal. The spice selection was incredible, and having both a regular and Keurig coffee maker (with a large bowl of pods provided!) was such a thoughtful touch.My only frustration was with communication from the rental company. Before arrival, I asked specifically about the Keurig (since it was pictured) and whether there were casserole dishes, as I planned to cook. I was told they only offered “basic kitchen equipment” and couldn’t confirm about the Keurig. As a result, I brought several things that weren’t necessary once I saw how fully stocked the kitchen actually was.Aside from that, the house itself was amazing! Everyone enjoyed the putting green and hot tub, and it was nice that putters and plenty of beach towels were provided. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ##### Kyle S. I advised the host upon my check in about some issues and he managed to fix it within 3 days of our stay. I also advised of some areas that needed better cleaning but nothing major, we enjoyed cooking, the beds and the sauna A LOT!
