Family members also stayed at the Sunday House hotel across the street which was convenient for them to walk back and forth. The large yard was perfect for our young grandsons to play outside safely. We also set up tables and chairs (provided by the owner) in the front for our Saturday night catered dinner. Mamacitas restaurant food was delicious and convenient to pick up. Communication with Jim was fantastic, the houses had everything you might need including soft drinks, snacks and toiletries and very conveniently located in Fredericksburg. We usually all find our own B&B’s, however this year I found Agape Cottages. It was by far our best and favorite stay to date! It was so nice to each have our own lovely rooms to retreat to, but we loved getting to come together and cook meals and eat together in the big open kitchen/dining room. We loved standing around the firepit outside after touring wineries all day. And the owners were very helpful beforehand in answering my questions and helping me plan our stay! The homes were absolutely adorable. My family and I went up for the weekend for a wine tour. The home had so many extras that aren’t discrived.
