Jose was very helpful getting us oriented to the features of this basement apartment, later checked in to be sure everything was good, and very receptive to feedback about what else may be helpful for future comforts. There was a little activity overhead in the evening sometimes but nothing different than experienced elsewhere when in a downstairs apartment; it was quiet at night & we each slept well. Wifi worked great & full kitchen came in handy. Neighborhood is in the suburbs, safe (went for jogs there each morning & we walked on the sidewalks in the evening) & conveniently accessed. We used it as a place to sleep between all the things we had planned in Maryland for the weekend. Clean, comfortable, quite. My only complaint is that the bed was super soft, but that’s just a personal preference. I sleep on a very firm mattress. Easy to get around. Right off the main road and close to several restaurants and many stores. The apartment was exactly as expected and included many nice touches.
