The good - a clean, modern room. The bad - no lobby in hotel (check-in at diner next door - first clerk had no idea how to check-in, second clerk greatly confused - initially couldn't find reservation for 1st room (reservation for 2 rooms for 2 couples), never could find reservation for 2nd room, didn't know how to look up Wyndam rewards number). Just weird - ice machine in hallway but no ice bucket in room nor drinking container of any type (paper cup, plastic cup, glass, etc); no coffee pot in room, refrigerator minimally functioning with no ability to adjust a thermostat.
