Open Plan Lounge / Kitchen / Dining Area The views of the balcony and the trees, mountains and skies beyond certainly steal the show in this room. But there’s plenty to enjoy inside too, including comfortable couches, a cozy fireplace and above it, a flat screen television with plenty of channels to choose from to keep you entertained on those occasions you’re not out enjoying all that Winter Park has to offer. Both bedrooms are beautifully presented with high quality mattresses and bedding. The master has the bonus of an ensuite bathroom. The 2 Bathrooms Between them, the family bathroom and ensuite offer-up opportunities to take a quick shower or enjoy a long and lazy soak in the tub. Toiletries and towels will be provided by your hosts. Guest access Your hosts are delighted to make their 3 bed, 3 bath home exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. All areas are accessible to guests, but please note that there are steps outside the property. Entry is via a secure smart keypad system that’s really easy to use. We appreciate your courtesy in advance! Other things to note • No smoking in this Home for 7, please. We want to keep it looking (and smelling) super fresh for all guests. • No pets please.
