Family, friends or a solo journey ~ a great launching point for outdoor adventures, or just hanging out! 2 Bedroom, 2 full bath, washer/dryer, clean condo with close proximity to all the outdoor fun and adventures Grand County has to offer. Approx 5 mi drive to Winter Park Resort (or Free Shuttle, "The Lift" ~ 0.2 mi) for skiing, snowboarding, alpine slides, mountain biking or hiking. The Fraser River and Fraser River Trail are just minutes away for fishing and hiking. Grand Lake ~ 30 minutes. Queen bed in Master, 2 full beds in guest room, full-size pull out sofa with memory foam mattress. Large flat screen TV, cable and DVD player and wireless internet. *New Carpet 5/2022*

Nice quiet location

Overall, it was the perfect place for our familys annual ski trip. Had everything we needed for the week. Just a heads up for folks that it does have one flight of stairs down to the unit, was not an issue for us. Was super helpful to have nice quality washer and dryer. Hosts were very easy to work with. Definitely plan to stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful, cozy, and has everything you need to make you feel right at home. The views are breathtaking and it makes you want to spend all of your time out on the patio. Sara and Brian are wonderful hosts and remained very responsive throughout the stay. 10/10!! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything we needed!

Perfect for our first stay in Fraser/Winter Park with my husband and 2 daughters. Well equipped kitchen and we loved all the games and the fireplace. We rented a car and there was plenty of parking. Location is great! Short drive to Winter Park resort or to Granby Ranch. The Safeway is very close if you need to shop, do grocery pickup, or even have prescriptions filled to get you through the altitude sickness (like me!).

Straight line to Winter Park

The place was just right for 3 of us; kitchen was well-equipped, all appliances in working order. It's conveniently right above Safeway for groceries and a straight-line 20-minute direct drive/ride to Winter Park for skiing. Brian and Sara are very responsive whenever needed; and the welcome binder has housekeeping instructions laid out in a clear and concise manner.

Super nice condo. Well stocked - better than other places which solves for the unexpected missing item. Good location and lots of places to visit. Good restaurants and breweries. Good shopping. Caught the shuttle to the slopes a at Cooper Creek Square. Free parking. Big Trout Brewing was right there, too. Highly recommend.

Great ski getaway

Brian & Sara have a great condo within minutes of Winter Park, Fraser and Winter Park resort. They communicated with us so well and made our check in seamless. Even allow us a late check out so we could sneak in one day of skiing before heading to the airport. Highly recommend their place for a small group getaway.

Great location!

Perfect for our family of 6. Great location- super close to grocery store, walking distance to shuttle pick up and a quick drive to winter park and lots of restaurants. We stayed with our 4 young kids- they loved having their own room and bathroom. All the games were a plus!

Nice and clean place within walking distance to lots!

Property is nice, clean, comfortable and functional! Check-in was easy. Owners are very responsive and accommodative. One parking space available, which was perfect for us. Wi-fi and TV worked flawlessly. Had all the basic necessities. Beds are comfortable. There was even leftover stuff in the refrigerator and cabinets either from the owners or previous guests, which was cool. Location is a short walk to Safeway and a liquor store, three breweries, one distillery and a variety of restaurants and specialty stores, this includes the bus stop for Winter Park's Lift bus system. Overall, great stay over a holiday weekend!

Super close to the mountains

Property was described accurately, kitchen was well stocked, rental was super clean. We really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved all the game options. It was all three kids first times snowboarding and two of their first times to ever see the mountains. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Perfect Condo and Location

Everything we needed in an extremely convenient location. This condo is situated walking distance from the Fraser River trail which was very enjoyable. The drive to Winter Park ski resort is only 15 minutes. Safeway grocery store 2 minutes drive away. Condo had everything we needed and was very affordable. A big plus was the garage!

The views are spectacular

Our winter vacation was excellent. The owner have great communication throughout the booking and stay. Very comfy felt like home. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and having safe way just a walk or a short drive away was awesome. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and opening up the living room blinds to the amazing mountain view.

Excellent Location

This was the perfect place to get away. It was very homey. There were many activities available in the surrounding area but this location is secluded enough for a quiet family. The two-block walk to the grocery store made getting groceries a snap We hope to return again next year.

This was perfect for me and my son. Beautiful views with all the amenities of home including a garage. Owners were understanding of the unexpected weather delay. Loved the location.
