It boasts a comfortable and contemporary interior design and is conveniently located just a short walk from downtown Winter Park and a 7-minute drive to the WP Resort. The primary floor acts as the heart of the townhome, positioned one level above the entrance. Enjoy the private deck, which offers breathtaking mountain views and deck furniture ideal for appreciating the sunsets over the Rocky Mountains. The main living room is adorned with hardwood flooring and a ceiling fan, providing a delightful space to unwind on the cozy furnishings while enjoying the gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, robust wood cabinets, and a breakfast bar that seats four. Adjacent to the kitchen, the main dining area allows easy access and can comfortably host up to six guests, along with access to a half bathroom.
