Secluded feel, private entry and on shuttle route. Enjoy a wonderful Rocky Mountain experience in this adorable and inviting condo in Fraser. The cozy space offers a Queen bed in the primary bedroom, complete with a relaxing jetted tub in the bathroom. The second bedroom also features a Queen bed, and there's a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 6 guests with maximum comfort. The secondary bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. The dining table provides seating for 4 guests with 4 additional stools at the island. The beautiful kitchen boasts nice cabinets and stainless steel appliances. You'll have your own private entrance and a charming small patio, perfect for savoring a delightful cup of coffee while soaking in the beautiful views. To access this unit, you will need to ascend a set of stairs. Please be aware that, as it is located on the ground floor, it does not offer handicap accessibility. We want to ensure our guests' comfort during their stay, and though this property does not have air conditioning, we have provided fans in each sleeping area to help keep you cool and comfortable throughout your visit. This majestic getaway condo enjoys an ideal location, less than 5 miles from the Town of Winter Park and only 4.2 miles from Winter Park Resort. A short 1-minute walk from the condo takes you to the shuttle stop, where the FREE resort shuttle will conveniently drop you off at the resort base village. The unit has terrific views of Byers Peak. We took some amazing sunset photos from the picture windows and back patio. We traveled with 3 adults and 3 kids and this place had plenty of space. We didn’t cook (besides pizza we made one night) but the home had lots of cooking utensils and pans. We had one small issue with the gas fireplace not working but after contacting Charlotte, she sent a very nice man over to assist us. We also arrived a few hours earlier than planned and Charlotte was very kind to let us check in a couple hours early. The place was well stocked with basic food supplies. We didn’t need to use any of the fans or humidifiers, but it was nice to know they were there. The only thing that was a negative was the lighting. The light bulbs were the bad LED’s that are too intense with the exception of a bulb or two. Bigger than we are used to from this type of property. Parking was outside but convenient (we only had one car). Really happy with this place and management! ##### Jason F. The two bedrooms are separated by the living space which is a nice feature for our family since we have young children who go to bed earlier. The second bedroom and bathroom were also closed off easily with pocket door. Great condo for a family! ##### Lara R.
