The Lift Bus stop, offering free rides to the ski resort, is also nearby. The winter months are best spent at the Winter Park Resort and nearby tubing hills. During the summer, enjoy mountain biking, golfing at Pole Creek Golf Club and hiking at the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests. The West Entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful, 45 minute drive away. Decorated with comfort in mind, the interior of the condo boasts an open-concept layout and modern amenities. The living room is composed of leather sofas and a smart TV. When extra warmth is needed, flip on the dual-sided gas fireplace. When you aren't indulging in one of Fraser's local restaurants, utilize the well-equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite feasts. Dining is made a breeze at the expansive dining table. The connected garage allows for easy luggage unloading and no scraping ice off your car! This condo provides a tankless water heater with plenty of hot water for all, as well as a private washer/dryer. There is a jacuzzi tub in the primary bath, and soft linens in both bedrooms invite you to a good night's rest. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Recliner couches made for a relaxing evening. Extra blankets were available, but not needed as condo maintained the temps at 68 - 70 degrees. Spacious bathrooms, kitchen appliances are all new. Nice new dishes, and plenty of silverware. Would definitely rebook for next year. Garage access was a bonus. ##### steve s.
