The hotel room itself was clean. The walk from the metro (subway) was very dirty and felt very unsafe. Glass and burned up items and piles of garbage with people hanging around as obstacles. The security panels over the windows made it so you could not see out, it felt like a little dungeon. The hotel is VERY far from anything in Rome. It took 1.5 hours and a transfer on the subway to reach the Rome tourist area. The TV was smaller than my computer screen and had no sound. The internet connection was a plug in, there was a vault door and you had to get buzzed into the hotel to enter. I'm glad the security was there though since the front desk is not 24 hours. The three single beds were cots, not regular beds and super tiny. The bar/bakery on the ground floor was excellent though and they open at 4:30 am which was nice. Again the place was clean and the front desk was nice, but I would not stay here again.

The hotel is very far and not professional at all, the breakfast has no options, there is no reception when needed it closes and check in and check out dates are terrible Overall it was very bad

Having had a bad experience in my last place, I was feeling a bit apprehensive about arriving at this one, however I didn't need to worry. I was made to feel very welcome. Check in was efficient and everything worked. Safety first, it is simple to get to the hotel is to turn right when leaving the metro, walk to the main road and turn right. Do not follow your SatNav if it tells you to turn left and go down an alleyway next to the station as I don't think this is a safe route (lots of glass, rubbish etc) I liked this hotel, especially the gluten free option at breakfast as this is the first time this has happened for me in Italy. I liked the atmosphere, everything worked and the staff were helpful. There is a supermarket about 5 mins walk away and the area feels safe. The hotel was very clean. I loved the balcony and used it when it was not too hot. Downsides, I didn't take a wired connection for my devices, so couldn't use the internet and it is a fair way out of Rome. It is also on a busy road. Transport is 1.5 Euros for 100 minutes, so no extra cost.

So glad we stayed outside of the central district of Rome. Very lively gelato and coffee bar downstairs. It was great to see all the locals visiting each day. The best gelato, super friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Within walking distance from Metro with a warm feeling after a long day of touring.

Nice stay.
Nice sized rooms. Close to train station which was important to us. Very secure complimentary parking garage. Nice cafe downstairs that gave a pastry and drink every morning. Grocery and restaurants close by.

Nice Hotel with free parkin.
Hotel is located in a residential area. Having said that this was a nice stay. about 150mtrs from the rome metro stop which takes you directly to ROme cemtre. Will I stay here again? Yes. Especially due to the fact that it had free safe parking included free of charge.

Very clean but not very functional service
The room was very clean, the hotel is releatively new, beautiful pasticceria/gelateria on the ground floor. However, nobody was at the reception desk (I guess we were the only guests) so I had to go to the cashier desk in the pasticceria on the ground floor to get the room keys. The hotel has its own underground parking which is very nice, but the entrance/exit of the parking from the street its constantly blocked by parked cars. Drivers don't care for the "prohibited parking" sign at all. I had to ask several people until I found the owner of the car who blocked the exit and then I exited the underground parking and parked on the street since I didn't want to risk being blocked for my morning trip to the airport. The breakfast consisted of only a croissant and capuccino, very poor. The area is full of life though, the metro is not too far (by bus). I would stay there again no problem, but would park on the street and forget the breakfast.

El hotel está bien, sólo que anuncian un internet de alta de velocidad y por lo general fallaba o estaba muy lento sobre todo por la noche y en la recepción no pudimos coincidir con la persona a cargo para levantar una inconformidad.

Al momento della prenotazione la colazione continentale a buffet era compresa. La colazione si è magicamente commutata in un buono valido per un caffe e una briosche o in alternativa spremuta e briosche da consumare al bar posto sotto l'albergo. Non è un albergo, il personale della reception cè presente solo se ci sono arrivi. Abbiamo aspettato oltre 20 minuti sulle scale dell'albergo che il ragazzo "che aveva da fare in quel momento" si presentasse. La camera è dignitosa ma la tv non funzionava e non abbiamo potuto chiedere a nessuno in due giorni perchè appunto non c'era nessuno. La porta dell'albergo con apertura a scatto rimaneva aperta o chiusa in base alla buona volontà dei clienti. In termini di sicurezza direi non valutabile. Cambio asciugamani inesistente. Si trova in una classica estrema periferia romana, ci sono vari servizi che sono molto comodi, dal supermercato in poi. Con un pò di buona volontà e presenza soprattutto, sarebbe da 7 Tornarci? solo se non ci sono alternative.

Good place
Szuper hely, közel a metró állomáshoz. Belváros és nevezetességek 1 átszállással elérhetőek kb egy órán belül. Bolt a közelben.Tiszta, rendezett, tágas szoba, az erkély nagyon hangulatossá tette az ott tartózkodást. A reggeli kávé és croissant nagyon finom volt. Az egyetlen hátrány, hogy este tíz után már csak éjszakai busszal (vagy taxival) lehetett hazajutni.

Soggiorno nel complesso positivo anche se c'è qualche aspetto da migliorare, dalla reception, attiva soltanto in alcune ore del giorno, agli arredi, un pò datati, fino alla colazione, che non prevede il salato. In definitiva, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

O Hotel possui o essencial para você ter uma boa estadia, quarto confortável, com Tv a cabo, A/C, geladeira, cofre, banheiro amplo e limpo. O Staff é muito simpático e prestativo. Além disso esta localizado próximo ao Metrô de Roma o que facilita muito a locomoção.

Peccato, la posizione sarebbe ideale per le gite ai castelli, ma l’aria condizionata, presente solo nelle camere, si spegne togliendo la keycard, con 40 gradi all’ombra, il ritorno in camera diventa un incubo. La colazione invece, consiste in una bevanda e un cornetto o altro prodotto da colazione. Per questi servizi risultato decisamente caro. P.s. la porta della doccia era rotta, ma probabilmente da tempo.

Soluzione ok per una notte di passaggio
Su un viale piuttosto trafficato e sopra una grande gelateria e pasticceria. L’ingresso e la reception sono infelici mentre il ragazzo che accoglie è molto gentile. Le camere hanno tutte il terrazzo. I letti sono scomodi e la pulizia della doccia lascia a desiderare. Colazione in pasticceria convenzionata per cappuccio/caffè e brioche (molto buone) peccato si debba fare in piedi! Va detto per onor del vero che la camera da 4 ha un prezzo imbattibile!

Excellent value for money. The rooms are comfortable and also it's possible enjoy a large terrace. The staff is very nice and efficient. Very convenient the free garage. The Bar and patisserie offer many delicacies.

Soggiorno di 3 notti, l'hotel si è rivelato una buona scelta: camera confortevole, pulizia ok, personale cordiale, posizione ottima a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro Bolognetta. La colazione è servita nel bar-pasticceria sotto l'albergo che è sempre aperto, ma comunque l'ambiente è tranquillo. Il parcheggio coperto non è molto grande e spesso era pieno, ma si trova facilmente all'esterno. Consigliato.

Hotel a vitti recomendado
Muy bien el hotel y todo el personal. Buenas habitaciones, muy limpio y ordenado. Se esfuerzan por resolver cualquier inquietud del cliente, superando incluso la barrera del idioma. Solo dos lunares, el baño muy pequeño e incómodo y la lejanía al centro de la ciudad. Esto último se resuelve fácil con el Metro línea C que tiene estación en Bologneta, a unos 500 metros del hotel. En resumen, muy bien. Regresaría y lo recomiendo a cualquiera.
