Much to love about this hotel, especially bar and portering staff. Very disappointed with attitudes of reception staff Hotel has limited lift services. I was allocated a room as far away from reception as possible that was only accessible by stairs and I am a 70 year old man who uses a walking stick. A receptionist suggested to me that the blame lay with me, not them.

The kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher, etc. The air conditioning was nice upstairs in the bedroom but there was none downstairs in the living room and dining room.
