"We arrived stressed and tired after having left another lodging location that was a bad fit for us and walked in to smiling, diverse faces and a warm welcome. Staff could not have been kinder and the amenities (drinks and meals) were a surprise and tastier than anticipated. Every other guest we encountered was smiling and seemed happy to be there. Room was spotless, comfortable and a welcome reprieve from the busy traffic of Colorado Springs and I-25. Location is close to highway, any number of restaurants and multiple activities. Would not hesitate to stay again and will be looking for Drury properties when booking future travel."

"Horrible experience on our end. Checked in and the first room faced internally into their inside courtyard right above the check in desk. Requested to be moved to a room that has light and unfortunately the new room was disgusting. Barely cleaned. Sheets had stains, toilet had marks on it, chairs had crumbs and stains, carpet stained, side table had brown goop on it, etc. We showed the front desk pictures and said we did not feel comfortable staying due to the lack of cleanliness. They told us we could check out and everything had to be handled through Expedia so we submitted photos to Expedia and were later told the hotel is denying a refund. I called the hotel and they are incorrectly stating that we declined to submit photos to them and that the photos we showed (that they said we didn’t submit?) show things that are not in the hotel, but I showed said photos to the front desk and offered to submit them (and did submit them to Expedia). They are still refusing to give a refund despite photo evidence and repeated attempts to get in contact with them to discuss further. I could not recommend this hotel any less."

"TOILET AND SHOWER WERE OK BUT YOU HAD TO STEP ALL THE WAY INTO THE LITTLE SPACE IN ORDER TO CLOSE THE DOOR. FIRST FLUSH OF THE TOILET WITH NO SOLID STUFF CREATED A STOPPED UP MESS. CALL TO THE FRONT DESK TO HAVE A MAINTENANCE MAN TO FIX WAS ANSWERED WITH "I CAN BRING YOU A PLUNGER BUT WE HAVE NO MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL ON DUTY" THE PLUNGER ARRIVED AND I CLEARED THE TOILET. ABOUT 10 PM THE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF. A CALL TO THE FRONT DESK WENT UNANSWERED. A FEW MINUTES LATER A CALL INFORMED THAT A SINGLE ROOM HAD CAUSED THE ALARM FOR THE ENTIRE BUILDING."

"You’d think there’d be communication regarding the state of the hotel prior to check-in, but there wasn’t. The same $ rate each day, with limited amenities and construction all day. The pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant and bar were closed, and half the elevators were out of service. The breakfast was out of stuff each day. The sinks in the bathrooms stopped working, exits were closed, the towels smelled weird, the sheets smelled like cigarettes. Also, you have to pay $15 a day to park at the hotel, which is so unnecessary. There should be a discounted rate with those conditions. If we knew that was going to be the situation, we would’ve stayed somewhere else."

"Jeff at the front desk is a delight. Personable and knowledgeable. We always stay at a hotel with a pool, but this one had a lot of teenagers in there all night causing chaos. The pool is small, so we didn't swim. The remote needed its batteries changed, so that was a challenge to get the TV to work. The breakfast was great. Eggs, sausage and gravy, lots of options."
