"We didn’t stay! The “property manager” cancelled our stay while we were on our way from the airport to meet them for KEYS!!! No one has responded to me! It was a disaster! I was leaving the airport with my husband and daughter and two seperate “property managers” called me to tell me there was a maintenance issue and that the apartment was not available! We had to scramble to find a hotel in NYC last minute, literally on our way to the city from the airport!"

"I spent Thanksgiving with relatives of a friend who lives nearby and needed a pied à terre and base camp. This was perfect--private, on a quiet street, no hassles. "

"The owner was very responsive and kind. The apartment was very clean and well updated. We are older adults and the access to the basement apartment was a bit of a challenge but the owner did graciously help with our luggage. The family does clearly disclose that they live above the unit and sounds of children may be heard. Between the sounds of the family above and the fact it’s a basement, not a “Loft”, with all the plumbing just above your head - it was not for us. "

"Place was everything we needed. Very clean, loved the decor and comfortable beds. Very close to a variety of restaurants and shops (walking distance and by car), and the PATH station to get to NYC just a few blocks away. Loved that we had a reserved parking space so we did not need to look for street parking. The "LA Pizza" restaurant around the corner had awesome food, which our family enjoyed after a long day visiting the city. We had no issues during our stay and will definitely be back. "
