The cabin was clean and set up well. We loved the front deck and having access to the Little Tennessee River. Occasionally, we did hear a good bit of traffic noise during certain times of the day. Water access was difficult from the cabin, but Kevin, the full time resident next door allowed us to use their stairs and we were able to put our kayak in and take it out there. The view of the river from the large covered deck was beautiful and was the perfect start and end to each day. We enjoyed morning coffee and ate several meals out there. The view overlooks the river. The fire pit is on the river. The roadway (Woodchuck Ln) is deceiving. It is a single lane gravel path that falls off the main road. The houses are on one side, the gravel, and then the river is on the opposite side. Cleanliness was middle of the road for Vrbo stays. Warning: Wi-Fi was very slow and almost nonexistent. Cellular service is null. We picked it to limit the teenagers time on screens. It is just “mountain” internet. Not the hosts fault. You cannot watch a movie and surf at the same time.
