Campbell farm is a very clean comfortable place to stay in Franklin. We enjoyed our stay very much. Our only issue was that in the summer time the very beautiful trees around the house prevent there being a view of the mountains from the house. The farm is located in the beautiful Iola Valley which provides plenty of mountain vistas around the farm! We would return if we have the opportunity! ##### Carol L. The kids loved the barns out back to explore and we enjoyed the quiet beauty of the area. The house was very neat and clean and the beds were comfortable. Our only disappointment was that the gas logs weren't working this time, but we would definitely stay here again! You've done an amazing job anticipating guest's needs. Thank you! The house is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Yes I would rent again. Easy access to the house with great views. Excellent owners, impeccable property, exactly as presented. There was complete privacy but it was only a short drive to town. The yard was beautiful and perfect. We traveled from Massachusetts to Franklin, NC to attend the July gem show. Jim and Pam were wonderful hosts.
