The hotel was clean and the lone staff I saw was very friendly. Some maintenance needs done as there is a lot of lime buildup on bathroom fixtures and the safety latch on door was missing. The advertised continental breakfast consisted of coffee, cereal, and toast. There was no butter or jelly visible for the toast, and an option of bagel and cream cheese would have been nice. Overall for $79 a night, it was suitable.

I wouldn't wash my dog in the bath tub in the room. The beds were pretty good. The restaurant next door, 'KING Family Restaurant' was very good. In fact my family goes there quite often.

Although the property is older, everything runs great and we didn't have any issues. Just kind of felt like stepping back in time to the 90s. I wouldn't rely on the breakfast for anything substantial but the fresh coffee before we hit the road was nice, and we liked being on the first floor, having access to both the patio and hallway. It was very quiet, and my husband was sad we didn't hear any ghosts.

WORST HOTEL IN PA,NO LIE! Ive stayed in over at least 40places,some have been a lil passed their prime,but for the cheaper rates,I expect & actually accept this fact of life.But they charging $90 for trash! Innkeeper "Lenny" (yea right) is rude,uncooperative,greedy & SHADY as a Shadow!Watch for double-billing as well as ridic charges for "damages".Place should be INVESTIGATED & SHUTDOWN

Room was dirty and very poorly maintained. The toilet kept running and the shower didn't drain. Bedding had stains on it. The sliding door to the outside was secured by a nail hanging on a chain.

Not bad for an overnight stay
We were on second floor FYI there is no elevator. Dragging our luggage with wheels upstairs was chore and created lots of noise. Beds were comfortable had clean linens bathroom could have been cleaner. The stained shower curtain and chipped toilet seat both definitely needs to be replaced. Very sparse amenities did provide soap, tissues and plastic cups, we appreciated having room fridge and small table with chairs. Not sure if food/beverages were offered following morning we had very tasty breakfast at a nextdoor restaurant.

Very expensive for what the quality you pay
The room was dirty could of been cleaned a little better. Wall paper was coming off in the the shower. Toilet seat was loose. Shims sticking out under the toilet. Carpet needed to be swept. Spider web in the corner where the heater is. Hole in the bathroom door. Shower curtain rod was fall off. Laminate was coming of the night stands

The property was not new BUT DILIGENTLY maintained especially cleaned by the staff manager....NO ROACHES and very clean. This Inn provides an affordable means for cost conscious families to go across the street and fish, find swimming, kayaking etc...its very scenic...

Old shabby motel - furniture and carpet need replaced. Bathroom shower moldy. Security of 1st floor sliding glass door a joke. Lock didn’t work and a pin was used as a lock in the doorframe - totally inadequate. Do not recommend!!!!!!

This is an old, tired, sad property straight out of the 1970's. Light over desk didn't work. Drapes over sliding glass door were coming off and were really hard to work. No hand rails in shower area and tub became slippery during shower (which worked fine). Toilet was low and sounded like a 747 was landing when flushed. Bed was fine. Breakfast was like raiding Grandma's kitchen. Two types of cereal, a 1/4 full gallon of milk in the mini-fridge, a toaster on the counter and slices of bread in the breadbox with two plastic containers of jam. The coffee was excellent. The property was clean enough.

The facility needs some interior work in the restroom. The sink and toilet in my room was old and the drain and flush needed attention. There was only coffee available in the lobby and no other food items. I only stayed two overnights, but the room was not cleaned between those two nights. Check-in and check-out was quick and simple, and the desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. It was convenient having 2 restaurants nearby for meals. The facility is old, but is adequate for short stays in the surrounding areas.

Hot water didn’t last very long. No microwave in room, was able to use the one in lobby; but after working 12-14hrs a day manual labor not very convenient. Free breakfast was only Raisin Bran cereal Has nice having screened patio door!

Adequate in an emergency at best.
The room was clean enough, but was not a nice room at all. The door to the bathroom was peeling, the shower dripped unless I really wrenched it off, the toilet would run unless I jiggled the handle or lifted the lid and made sure the flap was down. There was noone at the desk ever in 2 days and I could not get a receipt when I checked out. There is a phone to call when you need desk help, but it takes a while for anyone to come and I didn't have time to wait. I feel I need to check my credit card bill to make sure I was not charged the $129.00 rate. Also the towel bar in bathroom was damaged. I felt I needed to take pictures of the damage to protect myself.

Top 5 worst motel ever
Horrible motel. Ask if I could have a ground floor room due to no elevator & recent back surgery. Told no ground floor rooms. 3 cars in parking lot when I leave in the morning at 6am. I take our luggage up & a laundry basket with used sheet/towels are on landing blocking door. No smoking motel & when I open room it reeks of smoke & big black plastic ashtray in on desk. Filthy room with peeling/ bubbled wall paper. Again horrible motel!
