This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch home has a master bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom with shower and tub. There is another bedroom with a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with twins. There is a hall bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. The newly updated kitchen is fully stocked to cook and serve meals and has a dining area that comfortably seats six. You may also want to spend time on the screened-in porch complete with a table and chairs as well. There is a catch and release pond across the street from this property. This home allows you to enjoy time at the beach with your dog. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 applies per dog. Fresh linens are included with your reservation. The notebook that is supposed to contain information such as dates for trash pickup, location of the community pool, and guide to use of the television was missing all these pages, so we had to ask First Choice for this info. It would be good to ensure in advance that this info is available to renters. The only other issue is that there was no parking pass provided for parking downtown, and the community is not on the route for shuttle service to the beach. These would be good additions. A few thing though: 1) I didn't remember reading anything about that 350$ additional charge from VRBO. We would like to discuss this matter further. 2) The place was loaded with ants when we arrived. My wife took a few photos of them if you would to see them. Alot of food was ruined because of this, including 40$ worth of Fractured Prune donuts among other things. 3) The beds and sofa were very hard and uncomfortable. 4) The washing machine was very very loud. It worked but I think something is seriously wrong with it. It was so loud that you had to scream to be heard when it was running. Honestly, we are not one's to complain but in order for us to consider staying there again these things would have to be fixed.
