### A Bethany Beach Gem 1.5 miles to Ocean Pickle Ball

Listed as one of Delaware\`s top Airbnb\`s this fully equipped condo feels like your own personal beach home! This is a perfect getaway for family and friends. The beach is 1.5 miles away and the pool a 2 minute walk. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and children. Sunroom with pullout bed and play area. Deck for relaxing. Tennis and Pickleball court access. Located 5 miles from Ocean City and Dewey, 10 miles to Rehoboth Beach. located n the Quiet Beaches of Bethany.  
  
Guests are thrilled to find everything they need to make a trip to the beach carefree. There are beach chairs, and open space for children to play. The pool is open Memorial Day through the second week of September. The sunroom is stocked with board games and toys for children. Load your streaming services to the TV. There is no cable TV. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a laundry room provide ample room and amenities for your getaway. The sunroom has a queen pull out coach which serves as a fourth bedroom. Sheets and linens are included..  
  
The condo is fully equipped for families with a Pack and play and high chair.  
  
You will have access to the entire condo except 2 locked storage closets  
  
I have a key pad entrance that I will send you the code the week before your stay.  
  
Parking right in front of condo in marked spot and additional parking at the end of the condo units. Please do not park extra cars in the open spaces in front of the condo these are reserved for permanent residents.  
  
I am frequently in the development staying at another condo or always immediatly available by phone or text  
  
This condo is located in a quiet development and is a mix of long term and seasonal residents.  
  
The condo is located 1.5 miles from the ocean. The town trolley does not serve the condo. It is an bike easy ride from the condo or a 5 minute drive. Bring or rent bikes in Bethany. Uber serves the area to Ocean City/Dewey for a night out.  
  
The pool is open from Memorial Day to second week of September. There is a $75 charge for lost pool passes.  
  
No smoking inside the house  
  
This is a Pet free home   
  
You are welcome to use condiments and you will find pancake mix and syrup for breakfast. Enjoy!  
  
Parents: toys are available for your children. Please place the toys back in the toy boxes before you leave.  
  
Failure to check out at 10am will result in a $50 surcharge.   
  
SAND MANAGEMENT IS CRITICAL! When you return from the beach you need to \`rinse your toes with the hose\`. Sand left in the shower or tub will clog the pipes! If the showers are left full of sand and the pipes clogged the cost is $200 to have the plumber clear pipes which will be deducted from the deposit. Do as the locals do and rinse off before you come inside.   
  
When leaving please place sheets from used beds in washer and start the machine. Leave remaining dirty laundry in the basket . Please leave the bedspreads on top of bed for the cleaner.  
  
 I charge a nominal fee for cleaning. I will need to charge and $75 surcharge when the condo is left in poor condition. Excessive is defined as overflowing garbage cans or garbage left on the floor, towels left on floors in bathrooms, excessive food left on counter or stove top. If you move the furniture please return it to it\`s original position. There will be an additional $25 fee if the cleaning person needs to put the furniture back.  
  
NO PETS, NO SMOKING , there is a $250 fee for evidence of smoking NO PARTIES- NO EXCEPTIONS. Non-compliance will result in immediate eviction with no refund, forfeit of damage deposit, incur special cleaning charges, and liability for inconvenience reparations.
