The host was awesome, quickly responded and provided everything you need for an awesome beach vacation. We didn’t have to bring anything with us. This was also the cleanest house we have ever rented. The decor was calming and aesthetically pleasing. The fenced in yard was perfection for our dogs. The outdoor space was so relaxing and there were several outdoor activities available for us to use as well as beach chairs. There was plenty of space for our 2 families. The new twin bed in the 3rd bedroom was a great addition as well as the TVs in every room, The huge tv in the living room was a big hit too! There were plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. We loved our stay here for our annual vacation to the DE and MD beaches. It was clean with plenty of space for 1-2 families and a fenced yard for the dogs. The place is stocked with everything you could possibly need to make meals at home and it's in a quiet neighborhood that's great for walking and bike rides. It was definitely well equipped with everything you possibly could need and then some! Very clean and comfortable to just hang out after an afternoon at the beach. There were 5 of us and 2 dogs plenty of room. The only issue we had was the backyard got large puddles after it rained. It rained before we got there so on arrival there were lots of puddles that dried up by day 2 and then it rained some on our third day and there were puddles that dried up in 2 days. Without the rain the yard was nice. That was our only issue. Otherwise we had a wonderful time staying here! ##### Tracy S.
