The ResidenZ offers five bedrooms that sleep up to 14 guests with an additional sofa sleeper for a total count of 16\. In addition, there are five full bathrooms (two with a jacuzzi tub). Complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer & dryer with laundry soap, irons & ironing boards, linens & towels, and hairdryers are just some of the additional amenities offered. While in Frankenmuth, we are sure you will want to experience world-famous dining at the Bavarian Inn Restaurant, but when at the estate, you will have a well-equipped kitchen to create family dinners during your stay. A stove, microwave, pots, pans (including cooking and baking pans), blender, bowls, and platters for serving, utensils, coffee maker (combination drip and Keurig machine, filters not included), wine and pint glasses, and more are provided. The stunning vaulted ceiling dining room is the perfect gathering spot for special meals. A maximum of 16 guests are allowed on the property during your booking unless special arrangements and approval are granted in your booking agreement. Any gatherings or events over 16 guests will incur additional charges and are subject to special event policies and procedures. The main level has the master king bedroom and two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two queen beds. The second floor has two bedrooms, one king room and one room with two queen beds, and a loft area featuring a sofa sleeper. Enjoy several common spaces offering comfortable seating and spots for socializing. There are six total Smart Roku TVs (two at 65" and the others at 55") with a wide variety of channel options through the Spectrum Cable App – or log into your apps (remember to log out when you leave)! An excellent selection of board and card games will keep everyone happy! The gorgeous property will give you plenty of space for fun outdoors, including a table and chairs, a swing set, yard games, and a grill. There is plenty of parking, green space, and walking trails nearby. Remember to take family photos on the stately porch! This ResidenZ is next to Frankenmuth River Place Shops and the Bavarian Inn Lodge, which offers additional dining options, nightly entertainment in the Lorelei Lounge, and Family Fun Center with over 160 video games! Access to the Bavarian Inn Lodge water features are not automatically included in your stay. ResidenZ guests can purchase access to the Bavarian Inn Lodge water features for a discounted price. Please get in touch with the Bavarian Inn Lodge for more information during your stay. Just park your car in one place, and you can walk through the heart of beautiful downtown Frankenmuth. You are only a few steps away from Heritage Park, the location of most of Frankenmuth's festivals. If you decide to drive, everything in town is only 10 minutes away. Check-in was a breeze. There were 11 of us, all adults, and we found the home to be comfortable, spacious and met all our needs. We were there for 4 nights and had most of our meals at the residence. We brought a lot of prepared meals that just needed to be heated in the oven, but the kitchen was well-equipped. There was enough dinnerware and flatware for probably 20 to 25 people. The three king bedrooms and two double queens were just right for our particular family of three couples, two singles, and a family of three. Not every bedroom had an attached bathroom, but there were 5 full bathrooms overall. We had plenty of room to spread out in two living areas downstairs, plus a sitting area upstairs in the loft overlooking the dining room. The location is great for its walkability. Within minutes, you can be in the heart of Frankenmuth with abundant shops and restaurants and a walking path along the river. It's a very cute Bavarianesque town with gorgeous flower beds everywhere. The house is extremely clean and well stocked. We enjoyed dinners at the massive dining room table and spent the evenings out by the fire pit. The house is right next to the Bavarian Inn so easy to enjoy their amenities (add'l cost). We stayed over 4th of July weekend and had the perfect view for fireworks! The house was beautiful and well equipped. We enjoyed 2 nights together. Since the weather was perfect, we decided to take some family photos in the large yard.PROs: Size, location, cleanliness, ability to accommodate large groups, nicely decorated, primary suite located on the first floor. Great views from the porch overlooking a large yard and field across the street. The property owner was responsive and allowed us to check-in an hour early which we appreciated. It was within walking distance to the local shops and fairly close to Flint airport to pickup guests.CONs: Our guests noticed a slight smell of mildew or gas (walking in through the back door). We assumed it was a stale smell from being closed-up or possibly a pilot. Unfortunately the windows did not have screens, so we were unable to air out the back room. We are four families of four with kids ranging from 6 y.o. to 14 y.o. This is our second year staying at the house, and we just love it. Lots of large spaces for us to gather and be together, as well as plenty of private and sleeping places to get away to. Great location close to downtown Frankenmuth (directly behind River Place Shops). We spent a day at Splash Village Waterpark and then another day playing and shopping at the Bavarian Inn. This property was perfect for our group of 12\. Great location within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. This home is absolutely stunning! Everything was perfect and the attention to detail was absolutely noticed. From the 2 decorated xmas trees to each bedroom having a fan and individual air units available for use. We brought all 3 of our adult children and their spouses in for the holidays. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. They loved it so much, they have asked if we can make it a tradition. ##### Deborah B. The 2 gathering areas were perfect for our group and provided breakoff areas for small groups to gather. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The home was perfect for our family, 8 gathered here and everyone had comfortable rooms, great privacy. Downstairs 2 bedrooms were a little warm but otherwise perfect. We had 2 who loved cooking so for our 5 day stay we enjoyed family meals.The Christmas Trees were gorgeous! We met 25 extended family in town for Thanksgiving dinner. We decided to head to Frankenmuth to celebrate our mom/grandma’s 90th birthday! This house was perfect! When she needed to rest - there was a beautiful master bedroom just a few feet away. When it was time to eat? There was a beautiful large table for everyone to gather! And - all of the family could explore Frankenmuth whenever they wanted. This is a beautiful gathering place. Our stay at the Residenz was amazing! The house, and all of its details, is truly incredible. If you have stayed at the Bavarian Inn lodge they have carried over the charm to this house. We had a group of 12 and fit comfortably. The house is stocked with everything you could need. The owners were very responsive. Our group cannot wait for a return trip! ##### Angela P.
