The cozy living/dining room measures 40 square meters and is equipped with cable TV (flat screen) and a hi-fi system. This room provides access to the garden and terrace. Additionally, there is one room measuring 10 square meters with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and another room of the same size with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm).

The apartment features a kitchenette with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a shower/WC, electric heating, air-conditioning, and forced-air heating. Outside, you'll find a large terrace spanning 30 square meters and a lawn area of 200 square meters, complete with terrace furniture and a portable barbecue. Other amenities include a washing machine, children's high chair, and free WiFi internet access.

The apartment offers reserved parking at a distance of 10 meters. Please note that it is a non-smoking property, and a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher are provided. You will have private entrance access and shared use of the lawn. To reach the apartment from the parking lot, you'll need to navigate 8 steps. A mobile dog fence is available for self-assembly.
