It is a beautifully built villa in a stunning location with views of the White Mountains on one side and views down to Souda Bay and there are plenty of places at the property to sit and enjoy sunrise or sunset. "The large dining area beside the BBQ was very hot, partially due to the air conditioning units being there. So we had to move tables and chairs around on the upper balconies to get a shady enough area for ten of us to sit and eat."

"Excellent stay again at Villa Jazmin. Everything was perfect from arrival to leaving. Nicole kept in touch regarding towels and recommendations. Just a fantastic villa in a great location, a few km outside Plakias. Trips to Rethymno in 35 mins which we did a few times. Great places to eat nearby. Pool was great in 35 deg heat and Pedro was great as usual. Thanks Nicole for another great holiday. 👍"

"Lovely villa in a beautiful location, close to nearby towns & beaches. The property itself cannot be faulted and the listing is accurate. The only negative that we were impacted by is the local 'quiet hours' that we were blissfully unaware of before arrival. Apparently, 15:00-17:30 is a time of the day when the locals want quietness...this was communicated only by finding an unsigned note stuck to the gate on the first morning there. Subsequently, 2 children playing together in the private pool...

"The villa and the views were excellent. The pool area was lovely and the rooms were all a good size. The kitchen was well equipped, although the fridge was not cold enough and things were going off very quickly which was annoying, as the shop is not in walking distance. "Everything about this villa was perfect. Location not far from the beaches and Rethymno, but remote in the hills, peaceful and idyllic. Vagilis and Pavlos were wonderful hosts, super-attentive and friendly, always responsive to any requests. The villa itself was quite unique stone house, which we loved, especially the outside space which was well designed with different areas and seemed like a mini oasis surrounded by palm trees and cacti, secluded and relaxing. "Thank you. We stayed just a week but wish we had stayed longer. We had a lovely time, and the villa is in a great location, providing peace & quiet and only being 5 mins walk from the beach. If anything, the property description undersells the villa. The outdoor space is great for anytime of the day and the many balconies excellent for retreating to in the evenings with wonderful views of the mountains, which was an added bonus.
