The staff were very helpful with check in especially the Asia lady staff managed the coffee bar in the morning who was exceptionally respectful and accommodating. Well done!

The property was perfect for our needs but a ceiling fan would have been great to help cool the room . Also the tv is small for the room size but it was adequate. Great location for public transportation and just outside the old town. Our refrigerator was not cooling so we ended up using the refrigerator used by the staff.

It was hard to find and parking garage was very small. Took me 5 min and 20 point turn to park. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very pleasant. It’s currently under renovation but they warned me as soon as I booked and it wasn’t inconvenient.

Rather disappointing
It was a very hot night and the room was stifling, even with the fan on all night. The bedroom carpet was dirty and the bath towels very small. No breakfast was available but “as a sweetener” we were offered a free hot drink. Reception staff were helpful and fortunately spoke English.

It was ok.
The hotel is pleasant, clean and comfortable. However I had a problem with the shower cabin - the doors had damaged rails and did not close, leaving a gap. The shower tap was either of a very cheap kind or plainly broken - it was very hard to move it to change water temperature. When it did move it went instantly from cold to very hot.

Pleasant stay
I really liked the room as it was very spacious. However, being on the top floor with no A/C, it made things a little uncomfortable-there were a few days with temperatures over 32 degrees C (we had a fan in the room which helped a bit). It was very close to the tram and the bus and a few groceries and ethnic restaurants with good food. Overall, our stay was really pleasant.

Old hotel that had renovations going on. I was never bothered by any noise. The staff were great and very helpful. I will stay again when in Nuremberg.

The hotel itself was great, we enjoyed the room & the staff was helpful. Internet/Wifi was terrible, no MW, fridge only held a few bottles of drink and in hotel dining was very limited (we had 0 free food or drink due to package selected).

Very cozy, clean, quaint and close to airport. This property is delightful, but if you are looking for pampering & lots of room, it is not for you. I needed a taxi at 3:30AM for airport and while no one was on staff at that time, I was pleasantly surprised my taxi showed up! Great economic place to stay.

Grouchy person at the reception. A bug on the wall greeted us in our room and we only had bedding for one person. Took one hour to get additional bedding. They advertised a free bedtime tea. When I asked a out it the guy just gave us a look and said they don’t have that. Location was good but very limited parking. Price was decent.

I was very happy with my stay at the Centro Hotel. It’s close to a tram stop. The tram line goes right to Central Nuremberg. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I stayed here because I needed to catch an early flight in Nuremberg. The staff ordered a taxi for me the night before and packed a breakfast for me to take to the airport. The room fit my purpose. The rate was reasonable.

The staff that greeted me upon arrival spoke English very well and was accommodating to my early morning departure to the airport. She scheduled a taxi for me and made sure there would be breakfast ready as well. The location was perfect and within walking distance of food and groceries! I would definitely return if I'm ever back in Germany :)

Great stay -be aware pets charged at 15E per night
our stay was really good on the whole, nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, good location. One critisism - when booking through hotels.com we stipulated that we are travelling as a party of 5 with a small dog. Whilst booking it only told us that the hotel is pet friendly (which it really is!) but not that a dog will cost an extra 15 Euro per night - which came as a bit of a shock.

The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the streetcar station. There is not much choice of restaurants within walking distance. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean. The shower is miniscule, a very tight fit for a large person. I found the bed a little too firm. During our stay the heating system was being replaced, so we could not regulate the heat in our room. Breakfast selection is good.

Hotel staff were awesome. They were very helpful and very pleasant. Room was very comfortable and breakfast buffet was outstanding. The hotel was close to the Nuremberg Christmas markets and transportation by tram was directly out front of hotel. Markets and cafes were close by hotel
