A nice and cheap hotel in the centre of Fürth. It is close shops and restaurants. The train station is a 15 minute walk away and there is an underground station about 5 minutes away. Single rooms are quite small but were large enough if you're just looking to sleep/relax in the hotel. The room and bathroom was very clean. Walls are thin so you could hear other doors shut and people talking down the corridor as well as toilet flushes or water running from rooms next door. There was no kettle or cups in the room for a hot drink. The beds were very comfortable and I enjoyed good nights sleep whilst staying at the hotel. There was a good amount of storage room for case and clothes.

Large rooms, good value but dated.
The Altstadthotel in Furth is ideal if you are looking for reasonably priced accommodation in the Nuremberg area. The city hotels can be very expensive. This hotel is close to U-bahn stations that take you right to the city centre and Furth itself has some decent eating places and a massive market. The hotel is in a quiet location. The rooms are huge, but the furnishings are rather dated and past their best. Friendly, and good for a night or a weekend stay, but don't expect too much comfort.Overall, the hotel needs significant investment but still makes a sensible choice for seeing Nuremberg at reasonable cost.

There was no one there when we arrived (during the checkin time). After wandering around we called them which eventually connected us to someone who could tell us how to get our key.

Close to Nuremburg
We wanted a place close to Nuremburg and found this hotel. It is in a quaint little town just outside Nuremburg. Room was good with 2 single beds and a double. Parking on-site (small spaces, but worked). Neat little town and ate at a Greek Pub walking distance from hotel. Staff was nice and breakfast (6 euros) was good german breakfast.

Nice hotel in the Middle of Fuerth.
Nice hotel in the Middle of Fuerth. I just sold my house and was looking for a temporary place to stay while looking for apartments. Room was big with a kitchenette. The secured parking lot was a huge plus considering street parking is very difficult to find.

Wir hatten ein geräumiges Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Küche und Bad, ideal wenn man mit mehreren Kindern reisen möchte. Küche und Bad sind mit den wichtigsten Sachen ausgestattet, so dass man hierfür nichts zusätzlich mitnehmen muss. Die Lage ist etwas abseits der Hauptverkehrsstrasse und daher nachts sehr ruhig. Die U-Bahn ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen und zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es nur 3 Minuten. Ideal wenn man mit der Bahn anreisen will und den Nürnberg-Fürther Verkehrsverbund nutzen will. Mit der U-Bahn ist man in innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der Nürnberger Altstadt. Es sind keine 5 MInuten bis zur Fürther Fussgängerzone und fussläufig sind mehrere leckere Lokalitäten angesiedelt. Für uns ist dieses Hotel ein absoluter Tipp für Familien mit mehreren Kindern. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder dort übernachten.

Perfekt für City-Trip
Perfekt gelegenes kleines Hotel für einen City-Trip nach Fürth, Bahnhof und Theater fußläufig oder in wenigen Stationen mit dem Bus erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber in super Zustand und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war für den Preis auch super, gute Auswahl. Ich komme gern wieder.

Auch wenn das Hotel von außen etwas in die Jahre gekommen aussah, waren die Zimmer von innen völlig in Ordnung und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Auch der kostenlose Parkplatz im Hof ist bei der zentralen Lage des Hotels definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Das Frühstück war zwar nicht außergewöhnlich, aber für den Preis des Hotels völlig in Ordnung und ausreichend.

Die Möbel im Zimmer waren noch recht neu, aber das Bad war winzig und besonders sauber war es auch nicht. Das Frühstück war weit weg von den Fotos. Aufbackbrötchen und abgepackter Aufschnitt/ Aufstrich. Ich dachte in Bayern legt man wert auf essen. Die Lage war gut und zentral.

hors de prix pour la qualité et le service !
La lampe principale faisait un grésillement en position éteinte. Le propriétaire n'a rien voulu faire, même quand je lui ai demandé ou étais le disjoncteur, quitte à dormir sans courant, mais au calme. Il n'a rien voulu faire, ni même reconnaître que la demande d'un client allant jusqu’à souhaiter passer la nuit sans Electricité puisse être légitime... De plus, l'hotel est extremement bruyant.

Ein Traum in Fürth

Zweckmäßig und ok für eine Nacht.
Preis lag bei 75€ ohne Frühstück, was ich bzgl. des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses als etwas zu teuer empfinde. Vorteil des Hotels ist m.M. nach die zentrale Lage, sowie kostenloses Wlan, Parkplatz im Innenhof. Anreise außerhalb der Zeiten, in denen die Rezeption besetzt war, war dank freundlicher Rückmeldung und hinterlegtem Schlüssel problemlos möglich.Chekout morgens problemlos, Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer war sauber, klein, funktional. Türe klemmte etwas, ließ sich mit sanfter Gewalt und etwas knarren öffne und schließen. Ausstattung für einen Nacht zweckmäßig und in Ordnung, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber (Waschbecken mit Spiegel, ausreichende Beleuchtung, Schrank, Bett mit Nachttisch, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und TV, Toilette und Dusche. Außerdem Zahnputzglas, Handseife, Deko-Quietscheentchen, großes und kleines Handtuch, Duschvorleger, ein Kopfkissen, ein kleines Kissen sowie Bettdecke Vorhang zur Verdunklung des Zimmers). Als eher negativ empfand ich, dass die Wände sehr hellhörig sind. Gespräche/TV, Öffnen oder Schließen von Türen, Schritte auf dem Gang oder im Nebenzimmer, Klospülung, Dusche, Benutzung des Waschbeckens etc. waren deutlich zu hören und stören den Schlaf. Dusche ist recht klein, aber für kleine und schmale Personen sicher ok. Praktisch: Handtuchwärmer und Heizung in einem im Bad. Matratze war sehr weich, aber das ist sicher Geschmackssache. Insgesamt ok für eine Nacht.

das Hotel liegt sehr gut - sowohl für die neue Einkaufsstraße, als auch für Naherholung, als auch für die Altstadt. Und ein besonderes Plus ist der Parkplatz - in Fürth etwas Seltenes
