Excellent staff and great comfort

Staff is very helpful and speak good English. Helped us with the public bus to Iguacu national park and stored our luggage from checkout until we left in the evening for free. Comfort is okay, rooms are bit too small.

The breakfast was great ! Room HC doesn't work well and very noisy in some room I have been changing two room for that. Front desk person's pretty friendly and helpful. The cleaning is not that great though. The toilet was not even clean but marked as sterilized !

O hotel é bem localizado é bom , porém o quarto que fiquei de número 12 não tem pia dentro do banheiro e a pia fica ao lado da cama muito ruim . Eu pedi a troca de quarto , mas me foi o que reservaram e não teve jeito da mudança . Outro ponto muito negativo o ar condicionado barulhento sem o funcionamento de movimentação das aletas para direcionar o ar em todo o quarto. Tem muito barulho também do lado de fora dos condicionadores dos ar dos outros andares.Eu não recomendo a estadia neste quarto se não tem problemas de mobilidade.

As meninas do café da manhã são extremamente simpáticas e atenciosas. Um dos recepcionistas foi muito atencioso e cordial, outros 02 sequer levantaram o olhar do celular para saber quem passava pela recepção Ficamos no quarto 21: janela do quarto e do banheiro muito sujas. Ralo da pia do banheiro com também com sujidade. Assento sanitário com defeito. No canto da parede, abaixo do ar condicionado, ponto visível de mofo. Armário para guarda de pertences com prateleira também manchada, parecendo mofo. A última troca de talhas, uma delas estava bem fina, a ponto de quase rasgar no manuseio. Cobre leito da cama de casal com acabamento descosturado. Tela do televisor danificada, pouquíssimas opções de canal de tv e não era smart. Excelente sinal de wifi. Localização excepcional facilitando acesso a ônibus, refeições e pequenas compras.

Unico ponto negativo é que cheguei do translado do aeroporto de madrugada ao hotel, o atendente estava dormindo e demorou muito p abrir a porta, mesmo batendo na porta e ligando para o hotel! Por ser de madrugada a sensação de insegurança foi forte! Espero que nao se repita

Das Zimmer wurde uns Schmutzig übergeben, der Boden hat gebappt und es lagen Haare rum. Laut Buchungsbeschreibung sollte eine tägliche Reinigung erfolgen. Bei drei Nächten wurde nicht einmal gereinigt. Nach extra Toilettenpapier musste gefragt werden. Die einzigen Fenster waren zu einer Art Schach zwischen dem Gebäude, sodass die Beleuchtung spärlich war. Das Waschbecken hat auf den boden getropft. Das Zimmer war hellhörig, die Reinigung anderer Zimmer hat früh morgens gestartet währenddessen laute Musik gehört wurde

Experiência Razoável

A equipe do café excelente, simpáticos, em Contrapartida da recepção nem tanto. O quarto deixou a desejar; ao chegar, sentimos cheiro de mofo, a cama com um lado fundo o que causou fortes dores nas costas, a maçaneta da porta com dificuldades para abrir e fechar. No retorno a Foz, não me hospedaria nesse hotel, apesar do custo-benefício. Um ponto positivo é a localização, numa avenida movimentada, próximo à parada de ótimo, vizinho à cafeteira Marias & Marias, um ambiente lindo, agradável e comidas variadas.

Quarto limpo, porém, nao tao bem cuidado, com alguns itens quebrados (como o puxador de armário), mas nada demais. A janela da pra uma área externa fechada e minúscula que mal da pra ver o tempo, o que faz com que não tenha iluminação natural nenhuma no quarto. As paredes são finas, da pra ouvir com facilidade as pessoas no corredor (fiquei bem de frente ao elevador). O café da manha é ótimo e o staff é bem simpático. A região é bem localizada, próximo a bares e lojas.

Muito bom!

O hotel sofreu reformas rescentes o quarto era simples mas acolhedor, funcionários muito simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar, acho que o que poderia melhorar seria no café da manhã, passamos 7 diárias e todos os dias era a mesma coisa, pão, bolos, biscoitos… acredito que raizes, tapiocas, cuscuz e outras proteínas além de ovos, salsicha e linguiça seriam ótimos também! Mas no geral foi bom, bem localizado!
