### Spindrift Fowey

Spindrift is a modern and stylish house, great for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. We are nestled away at the top of Fowey, making it perfect for popping into the town or exploring further into Cornwall.   
The three bedrooms comfortable sleep 5, with the master bedroom enjoying an ensuite bathroom.   
The large and airy living space opens right onto the patio and the garden is secure for both kids and dogs.   
The private parking is also real bonus for Fowey!  
  
Spindrift is located on Lantic Road at the top of Fowey. Across the road is a small park for children which can be seen from the house. We have private parking for one car and there are additional spaces on the estate.   
Enter the house into a large hallway, great for storing everything you need ready for the beach or hikes. There is also a downstairs WC.   
The living area is a bright and airy open space, with a kitchen, lounge, and dining spot. The kitchen has everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay, with the lounge and dining space ideal for relaxing and entertaining. Pull back the fully folding glass doors and step out into the patio and garden. Here there is more furniture for everyone to socialise and a good sized garden for pups and kids to play.   
Upstairs, the first bedroom is a good sized single room, next to a comfortable double. At the front of the house is the main double bedroom with an ensuite, and also the family bathroom.
