Located in a small, very quiet residence, beautiful apartment in excellent condition, fitted out for 4 people, on the ground floor. With sunny courtyard and parking space. It includes a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa/bed, a bedroom and shower room/WC. Kitchen equipment: oven, electric coffee maker... Bedding: 1x140, sofa bed. Comfort elements: washing machine, TV, radio.... Leisure equipment: garden furniture, awning,... Surface area: 32 m². NEARBY: 20 m from the main beach, 150 m from the pedestrian street, and all shops. Bus station: 250 m, SNCF train station: 6.3 km, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 mins away. TO BE PAID on arrival: security deposit of €500 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
