"Great place"

"The receptionist was phenomenal and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and smelled heavenly. It’s near the harbor and tons of restaurants are within walking distance. A convenient store in the parking lot. Washer and dryer on the grounds. Ice machine, vending machines, and a cute little pool area. Top notch customer service! Very reasonable price. "

"The only thing I didn’t like was both days at the beach after we reserved an umbrella and chairs…we had to wait 30-35minutes for towels. "

"The hotel was in a great location on the beach. There was sufficient parking in a well lit lot. Booking and check-in was easy. The room was in a great area and was clean and comfortable with the beautiful view we asked for. Housekeeping was accommodating. Some of the amentities we used included beach access, hot tub, two swimming pools, two onsite restaurants, exercise room, and an arcade. The pool was closed early due to lightening and then did not reopen for the rest of the night even though the pool at a neighboring hotel was open for hours later. The restaurant food was good, mostly bar food and burgers and fries for dinner and then a large selection and big servings of breakfast foods. Drinks and snacks are also sold at the front desk. Check-out was easy."

"The first room we were give was awful. There was construction being done to the building and our room had what seems to be an air mattress on the bed and the windows to the balcony was covered with plastic. We had no visibility to the beach and the door was sealed shut to the balcony. We returned to guest services with our concerns. We were please with the results, after we discussed our problems with our room and guest services were able to give us another room. The replacement room was much better."

"Everything was nice including the staff. I wish that you didn’t have to pay for the ice as I feel it should be an amenity of staying at the property. "
