« We had such a great time — the apartment was cozy, relaxing, and perfect for our weekend getaway. Everything was just as described, and it felt like a home away from home. One tip: Ubers and food delivery apps will get confused by the address, so be sure to follow John’s helpful instructions. Overall, a lovely stay and we’d happily come back again! »

« We felt at home! The place was literally cleaner than any hotel I have ever been to. We also discovered a tasty ice cream store walking distance right down the road, which is also dog friendly, named Rosie’s Handcrafted Ice Cream. This was the perfect place for us to stay to enjoy the Buffalo area! »

« Such an amazing stay. The space was beautiful and well decorated. The hosts thought of all our needs. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. »

« Property was not as advertised. The house was a little dated but it did have fresh paint and new floors and also new appliances. The porch steps were a little rickety and both doors had at least an inch of space under them. »

« House is in a great area, with plenty of space. Easy check in! Highly recommend. »

« My wife and I stayed here for four nights recently. The house is well kept and clean. It is very roomy and the kitchen had everything you could need. The bedrooms are upstairs and the stairway is spiral and narrow in spots so it was a little difficult to navigate with our heavy luggage. The bedroom's are large as is the upstairs bathroom. The W/D is in the bathroom which was nice to have since we had been in NYC for 5 days and put them to good use. There is plenty of space to hang clothes but...
