" Got in very late after delayed flight. Night staff were efficient and polite. Left early after a few hours of sleep. "

"Upon check in we had a small “situation “ and the only person available to help was unable to leave the front desk which he finally did to help us. The problem was fixed quickly. The hotel just needs a good deep cleaning and some minor updates"

"Overall it was a nice resort. The room was loud though. We got a room that backed a service road and the trucks would drive thru or go in reverse with a beeping sound. In the morning housekeeping was loud in the hallway. The grounds were neat and clean. The pools were nice but kind of misleading. I asked about pool hours and was told they are 24/7. While the pools are open the slides aren’t."
