One of my sons opted to stay in a hotel instead of using the air mattress.. The bedrooms were nice, and comfortable The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had 7 adults and 2 dogs. The bedrooms were all spacious and well equipped including a private bathroom for 2 of the 3 bedrooms, we were in the upstairs unit. The kitchen was a bit small and the living area was downstairs, it would have been nice to have it all on 1 floor. However, the place is lovely with some beautiful views of the river. The location was fine, right on the main road so plenty of street parking. The trains do run at night but I didn't find them too loud and they do have sound machines in some of the rooms.
