Magnificent charming residence, in the heart of the Southern Vosges destination, close to the spa towns of Plombières les Bains and Luxeuil Les Bains, Discover the Plateau of 1000 ponds, numerous hiking trails, mountain biking, fishing... For children: St Valbert animal park, Ecomuseum of the Cherry Country... Things to do: Casino, Distilleries and Kirsch de Fougerolles AOC. Entered by a gate and a beautiful flowered central avenue, Marie's manor is a magnificent, quiet residence from the beginning of the 20th century, in the heart of a large property, where former distilleries were located. From the threshold, a warmth, a spirit. This characterful residence invites you to feel good, with its large rooms, its brightness, the beautiful views of the private pond, the park and its very high quality standing. The decoration elegantly combines all styles. Each piece of furniture and each object has a soul... All creating this special atmosphere of luxurious serenity! On the ground floor: equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, WC with laundry room. Upstairs: 5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms (one with WC), 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC. Large semi-open terrace with barbecue and plancha, overlooking the private pond (fishing). Relax by the pool (unheated but covered with a telescopic shelter), in the shade of the arbor or trees, a ping-pong table, a bike storage room (bike loan) and fishing. Internet. Sheets and beds made upon arrival included, towels included. Aerothermal heating and fireplace with wood insert. Charges not included (heating included during certain periods). Bike-friendly label. The keys will be given to you by the owners.
