"Very convenient overnighting at the airport. We arrived late in the evening and had an early flight the next morning. Be careful, there is also a Hyatt Regency at the airport, but it is not easy to walk there from the terminal if you have luggage. You have to walk through a parking garage and up and down several flights of stairs. We were directed there in error by airport staff at the baggage claim area. I just asked where the Hyatt was. Make sure you are getting directions to the Grand Hyatt and not the Hyatt Regency"

"Everything was very clean and I liked the geometric modern decor. The lobby and lounge are spacious and a nice place to hang out. I had no issues while staying there. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner are not in individual bottles but in a dispenser in the shower. I liked the lowered dresser drawers/suitcase stand combo. An extremely easy way to organize your suitcase items and have a dedicated place to put your bags. One minor hiccup but it doesn't change my opinion of the place. The microphone on the in-room telephone wasn't working. I could call the front desk, I could hear them speaking but they couldn't hear me. They called me back directly on my mobile. To repair the phone or replace it wasn't an immediate fix. So hopefully it's taken care of for the next guest. The breakfast buffet is clean and hot foods are readily changed out on the buffet so they're not sitting too long. There's a shelf tower with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the rooms to save any snacks for later. This is probably a typical amenity for many hotels but I'm often surprised how many higher up places lack something like a microwave. My tiny nit pick complaint is that the switches for the bedside lamps are high on the wall. You have to get out of bed, stand up to turn off the light then get back into bed. I had a main floor room. The floors are some sort of hard flooring, not carpet. I kinda like that. Much cleaner with no mystery stains or smells. A nice Zen place to stay."
