"Check-in was supposed to be at 4PM we didn’t get into our room until after 9PM, with barely any communication the entire time. When we finally got in, the bathroom was disgusting and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. Easily the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"We absolutely love our stays here. We always return because it's always clean, never had any issues. Our microwave didn't work and we got upgraded to a bigger room without any issues or hassles. Everyone of the staff members are great, friendly, and super helpful. "
"Traveling solo as a female I was comforted that the parking lot was close to my door and that I was able to travel in and out without feeling unsafe, even at night. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice smell to the room. The only thing was that one of the lights didn’t work and the mini fridge was very wobbly with a bunch of water leaking from the freezer part. Otherwise, I had a very pleasant stay and I’d say it’s worth the price if you’re looking for a place to sleep at night. Did not try the shower."

"My boyfriend and I rented this house for a quick weekend trip to Joshua Tree. It was exactly what we had hoped for. The house was cozy, clean and comfortable. We loved ending our nights under the stars in the hot tub. The drive to Joshua Tree wasn't bad and there's a supermarket and dollar store about 2 minutes away. We would absolutely come back. "
